Dr. Antonia Gut
Dr. Antonia Gut showed her dedication to studies from her earlier years in New York graduating class valedictorian at John Jay HS, leading her to the Scholar's Program at Brooklyn College where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology. She continued on to the Medical College of Virginia's Dental School and in her senior year, was recognized for her advanced clinical skills and outstanding achievement with the VAGD Honors Clinic Award. In 1990, she furthered her education by completing the dental residency at the New York Presbyterian Hospital/Cornell University Medical College.
In New York, Dr. Gut focused on the demands of cosmetic dentistry in Manhattan, West Chester and Brooklyn. In addition, her years of practice at the Long Shoremen's Medical Center presented volumes of cases with sound alternative options, thus creating a solid foundation for considering treatment options for every unique patient.
Dr. Gut established Chester Family Dental, excited to utilize her advanced dental skills in a comfortable office setting, allowing for the utmost dental care to the variety of patient needs.
To ensure her patients receive the most advanced care, Dr. Gut attends post doctoral continuing education courses throughout the year and is a member of local study clubs, such as Spear Education. The Spear Study Club is one in which various dental specialists meet regularly and collaborate on complex cases, often allowing for multiple perspectives to comprehensive treatment options of dentistry today. Dr. Gut contends that continuing education allows her to keep up with the latest procedures and technology that the dental field has to offer, in the pursuit to provide her patients with the most advanced and highest quality dental care.
Dr. Gut's memberships include the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the American Dental Association (ADA), the New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA) and the Tri County Dental Association.
Dr. Gut also actively supports her local community with school and church fundraising donations such as sport's mouthguards and professional whitening treatments.
Dr. Gut resides in Chester Township and continues to enjoy tennis and spending time with family and friends.
Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator
Michelle is a graduate from South Kent College of Technology in the UK & spent many years working in the banking sector, before starting her family & moving to America. She relocated with her family to NJ in 1999 & gained extensive experience in private medical & pediatric practices. She has been with us in our dental family since 2014.
Michelle is the first smiling face you will see when you visit our office. She has vast knowledge in the administrative aspect of our practice & can expertly assist in understanding any dental benefits that you may have.
She & her husband have two children, one working & living in the city & the other attending college in Maryland. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling, going to the movies, dinner with friends & taking her dogs on long walks.
Dental Assistant
Stephanie was born and raised in Basking Ridge and earned her degree in Biology from Lehigh University. We are fortunate that Stephanie joined our team in June 2025 as she has been a stellar dental assistant while currently applying to dental school to pursue her passion for becoming a dentist.
Stephanie enjoys assisting chairside and getting to know patients while helping to make their visits as comfortable as possible. She loves learning from the clinical experience and being part of our caring dental team that prioritizes patient comfort and high-quality care.
Outside the office, Stephanie loves spending time outdoors at the beach, relaxing with her two labradors and her cat, and catching up on her favorite TV shows. She enjoys connecting with patients and always appreciates a good conversation and a friendly smile.
Dental Assistant
Claudia was born and raised in Cuba, where she attended the University of Havana and completed five years of training to become a dentist. After graduating in 2017, she spent five fulfilling years practicing dentistry in Cuba before moving to the United States in 2022. Since then, she has been working as a dental assistant here in New Jersey & joined our team in early 2025. Her journey reflects dedication, resilience and a deep commitment to the profession of dentistry.
Claudia loves and enjoys working in the the dental field and outside of work, she gravitates towards all things summer, animals and travel. Her warm personality and love for learning shines through and is appreciated by us all at Chester Family Dental.
Dental Assistant
Rita, a native Hungarian, moved to the US in 2001. Although her formal education and initial career was in the teaching field, she always had an interest in healthcare. Rita began her dental career 15 years ago in Manhattan, NY, where the busy dental setting exposed her to many aspects of dentistry as she assisted with root canals, implants and cosmetic dental makeovers.
Rita joined us at Chester Family Dental in 2020 and truly enjoys getting to know our patients and providing comfort throughout their dental visits. She is delighted to play her part in improving the dental health of our patients.
During her free time, Rita enjoys travel, gardening and boating on Lake Hopatcong with her husband and two children.
